Nutella is so amazingly delicious!! I’ll never forget when I first tasted it. 

I was a very young girl, and a foreign exchange student friend from Germany gave our family a jar of the most decadent chocolate hazelnut spread we had ever tasted! 

If you were around in the ’80s, you know Nutella was not available in regular grocery stores then, so it was many, many years until I tasted it again. 

I just can’t believe I remember that first experience because I know I was very, very little at the time.

If you love Nutella as much as I do (think eating with a spoon!), you need to make this decadent, creamy Nutella cheesecake – talk about bliss!

5. No-Bake Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

This cheesecake is an easy no-bake recipe for those days when you just don’t want to deal with the oven.

I actually like no-bake cheesecakes a lot, even though I think regular cheesecakes are easy enough to make. 

No bakes are even easier – almost effortless even – and they still taste amazing! 

This recipe uses mascarpone cheese, instead of the normal cream cheese, mixed with heavy cream and dark chocolate chips. 

She also recommends using Digestive Biscuits for the crust, which I totally agree with. 

I love Digestive Biscuits, especially the ones with chocolate, and I think they would make a perfect crust for this cheesecake!

PRO TIP:  When making a no-bake cheesecake, make sure to figure cooling the cheesecake in the refrigerator for hours into the prep time! 

It’s really best to prepare a no-bake cheesecake the day before an event to ensure it has enough time to cool and set in the fridge.

Hello, my name is Sarah, and I’m a coffee-holic. Seriously. I’ve been drinking coffee since shortly after I was born!

Why have I put both the Espresso Cheesecake and the Cappuccino Cheesecake on this list?

I know they look almost the same, but there are some key differences that may matter, depending on the Sarah Blooms Reader and the occasion.
