SarahBlooms.com contains affiliate links for certain companies, such as Amazon, to advertise on the website.  These companies gave me a tracking link, which I use when posting links to their products or websites.  When a potential buyer clicks on that link and makes a purchase, Sarah Blooms is given a small percentage of the end cost.
